The daughter of a sculptor and a sometimes photographer, I express my own creativity with words. I love words and I live for the lines that drop from the sky and lead me in all kinds of crazy directions. I’m working on a novel and recently completed and MFA in creative writing through Spalding University in Kentucky. The program promotes interrelatedness of the arts, so in keeping with that I will also share thoughts on visual arts as well as writing since both are so much a part of my life. Along with writing, I dabble in photography and off-loom beadweaving. I’m also a general partner at Writing Consultants Network, an organization made up of fellow students. We offer workshops in fiction, creative nonfiction and poetry, as well as one-on-one writing coaching services, manuscript critique and editing services and marketing content services.
Outside of all of this, I’m married to a wonderful man who keeps me well fed. We have two beautiful children, two crazy cats and a docile and loyal golden retriever.
Dear Cristina,
My how time has passed..It’s that time of year when the auction is on..Little did we know when you were interviewing me for the newspaper the wheels that were in motion…No cancer in your background and the main connection to this invader was the friendship with the Komen family…I didn’t talk to you after that because of the spinnings of the world in my life but prayed and thought of you..When I dropped off my art for auction I did see the wonderful photos you took for your contribution…Also heard about the convertible that was yours for the weekend…Am glad that things are doing better..At this time of year it becomes more reality..the war is on…there are winners…thank God you are a winner..Hope to talk to you at this years event…Remember…You are a living testiment to the power of pink….Visit kidadoblog.wordpress.com……those are my fairies…

Christina,
I have finally found you. You have commented on my blog before but I couldn’t link back to you. Then I saw you at Linda’s blog party this weekend and found you through her side-bar.
I shall visit your post now
